1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Puvor Bohemian website and all purchases made through it.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Puvor Bohemian reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Handmade Production
All products offered by Puvor Bohemian are handmade and produced to order.
Each piece is individually handcrafted, making every product unique. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Product photographs are provided for reference purposes. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur, including but not limited to:
- Minor differences in dimensions
- Knot placement and pattern details
- Texture and fiber distribution
- Fringe density and shape
- Yarn thickness
- Wooden elements and details
- Color tones and transitions
Additionally, product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and viewing devices.
These variations are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered defects, damage, or grounds for return or refund.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these natural variations.
3. Natural Materials
Puvor Bohemian products are made using natural cotton fibers, wooden components, and other natural materials.
Characteristics resulting from natural materials, including but not limited to:
- Texture variations
- Wood grain patterns
- Natural color variations
- Thickness differences
- Surface markings
are not considered defects.
Natural materials may change over time due to environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, sunlight exposure, and regular use. These changes are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Puvor Bohemian reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and production capacity.
After an order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing the order details.
Puvor Bohemian reserves the right to cancel an order in cases involving technical errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Production Time
Standard products generally require 1–2 business days for production.
Custom sizes, custom colors, personalized pieces, and project-based orders may require 7–15 business days depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
All production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after production has been completed.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Puvor Bohemian is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions
- Government or regulatory processes
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Customs Duties & Import Fees
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country.
Puvor Bohemian has no control over these charges and cannot predict or be held responsible for them.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24-hour period has passed, production may have already begun and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Custom orders, personalized products, special commissions, and made-to-order project pieces cannot be canceled once production has started.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
The following situations do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference changes
- Incorrect measurements selected by the customer
- Natural handmade variations
- Color tone variations
- Natural material variations
- Natural characteristics of wood, cotton, or other materials
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your claim must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
After review, Puvor Bohemian will determine the most appropriate resolution.
12. Ready-to-Hang Products
All wall décor pieces are shipped ready to hang.
Depending on the product, your order may include:
- Hanging hardware
- Screws
- Wall anchors
- Wooden support rods
Customers are responsible for using appropriate installation methods suitable for their wall type and installation surface.
Puvor Bohemian is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or handling after delivery.
13. Interior Design Projects & Wholesale Orders
Puvor Bohemian accepts custom projects, interior design installations, commercial projects, hospitality projects, and wholesale orders.
Project quotations are prepared based on the measurements, specifications, and information provided by the customer.
Custom project orders, wholesale orders, and special commissions are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Production timelines for large-scale projects may differ from standard production times and will be communicated separately for each project.
Puvor Bohemian reserves the right to make minor adjustments to materials, construction methods, or installation details when necessary to improve product quality, durability, or production efficiency while maintaining the overall design concept.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, logos, text, graphics, and all other materials, is the exclusive property of Puvor Bohemian.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puvor Bohemian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
In all cases, Puvor Bohemian’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
